For the purposes of my point, I do not need to know what "X days" is. Both parties agree that X days expired without written confirmation being made.

With regard to your quotation the most that I can see is the statement that "The 1999 budget is now under consideration..."

The guys on site would get awefully hungy on a steady diet of that.

For purposes of going to the bank, that is not a "notification" that would carry much weight.

So perhaps you can answer this question. What exactly was Aber waiting for to make up their mind?
