You can't find accurate information from VLNC. It's all inferred from difficult to read charts on their web page. Energy density should be north of 125 Wh/Kg by now. It varies by chemical composition. They stated a long time ago that could up the energy density at a cost to number of recycles. They also used to say that using cobalt instead of manganese was good for density and number of recharges. FMK does some arithmetic using the most optimistic projections and gets very high energy densities.

Historically Lithium ion batteries haven't been known for high power densities. They don't approach NiCd or NiMH, but are still candidates for power tools because of their light weight. Good luck finding accurate information.
