It's tough to say - in the past when such a move has been discussed, various lists have been drawn up showing which goods will be "hit" with tariffs. The intent has been to hit state owned companies/businesses and we have not been on such lists. The answer though is no-one knows and it would depend on the circumstances. It is my understanding that if China enter the WTO it becomes impossible for the US to not give them MFN and this is looking more and more likely.
