Look, DS. Several of us on here didn't just fall off the turnip truck. I've been involved in business, both "profit" and "not for profit" since 1968. It may interest you to know, that not only do I know a "not for profit" vs "for profit" structure when I see one, *I was a fund accountant* back in my idealist younger days, for a not-for profit organization in Wichita Ks. Served 15 months in that capacity. I started out as a volunteer for that organization as my 2 kiddos started back to school and I wanted to re-enter the workforce, i.e., find permanent employment. I ended up resigning from that organization as a highly paid professional. I kept EM's books until the acrimonious board meeting where the HEAD Director of said EM Organization refused to allow me to present her with the correct set of books to take to the Board of Directors meeting of said organization. Having seen that one coming, I had made arrangements for said meeting to take place at the office in the large room just outside my office, by prior arrangements with the Treasurer of said EM. Said Head Director, a Methodist Minister no less, would not permit me to assess overhead charges to the 7 different funded divisions as required by the written directive of the Board of Directors tehn in effect. I "worked late" and was summoned to the Board Mtg by pre-arrangement w/said Treasurer, *with the correct set of books* and watched said Director get notified of pending termination ( within 2 weeks.) I simultaneously tendered my resignation at said mtg, which was accepted with "deep regret" (check the written minutes...they still exist) where the correct set of books was presented. Oh, yes, honey, I know the difference. And I also know it isn't complicated to tell the difference between the two types of organizations. If I were so inclined, which I am NOT I could even teach Bill a few tricks about how to hide money and disquise donations, etc., because they were all tried on me and that BOD (I was accountable to the Treasurer of the NFProfit during my 15 month tenure.) Now what were you saying? I know upfront and legal when I see it, and I know someone who is squirming and doesn't want to deal in financial facts when I see/hear/smell/observe it. So now, PAULINE HARVEY SHURGOT, you know the Rrrrrrrrest of the STory! O/49r PS Bill will answer these questions...either now or later. The IRS is mucho bigger than me. So is the big money he's glady accepting for his "cause." We'll get unmanipulated gold pricing in about 289 days give or take a few...and it won't be because of bill... it will be because the supply demand game has overwhelmed the FED when the bank runs start in earnest... I give it until September at the very latest... Greenbritches Alan can't keep a lid on all this that long unless Clinton sets aside the consitution under emergency powers he's been writing like they are going out of style and labelling top secret in his Presidential Decision Directives. And even then, it will only be in America clinton is a dictator. He certainly can't dictate what anyone else in the world is doing with or paying for their gold.
