Everywhere I look, there are new gadgets, new applications, need to upgrade bandwidth etc. etc. And all these cannot be done on 0.35um for various reasons - too much power, too slow, too expansive, die size too big so not enough integration etc. etc. All these stuff is going to power us in the next upturn. That upturn has already started for those with IPs e.g. TXN, LSI, VLSI, XLNX, ADI etc. etc. Time to just sit back and enjoy the ride and not pay attention to everyday day 15% ups and 15% downs (unless you are a trader that is). patrick
