Mr Mark

My reactions to ie5 vs Netscape 4.5 pretty much mirror those of Richard. At this point, I prefer it. Even though calling bookmarked URLs 'Favorites' is pretty much marketing to the lowest common denominator and,I agree, cheapens the product..its handling of these 'favorites' is superior to Netscape 4.5. I previously used an outside URL manager with Netscape. I don't feel that necessity with IE5.0.

I'd say you should definitly check it out..chances are you'll begrudgingly get in line behind Bill with the rest of us<g>

Hi Mark,

I'm not aware of the schedule for Netscape Navigator. Although I like 4.5, I'll be working with IE5 much more because I'll be supporting it more than Netscape.

For the uninstall of IE, it's been a problem for a few people, and I'm sure the horror stories will continue to roll in now that it's in wide release, but I haven't had those problems myself (then again, I don't have a problem editing the registry and system files).

I'll be sure to pass on any opinions that my clients give me regarding the product and any problems associated with it.

Richard
