Bob,

I don't dispute any of your comments and I stand by my opinion of the other board.

DSPetry, thanks for the link.

I've been following this story for at least the last three years and I'm surprised to say the least that it has turned out this way. Just for the record, I haven't owned the stock for at least the last year. The story is just proof that you can't bank on the Board of any company regardless of who is on it. My early research of the Board members gave me confidence that they were good people. Actions definitely speak louder than words and it just goes to show that in most cases you just really don't know anymore. Now I'm sure there could be more to the story but with the knowledge I have now I am extremely disappointed in those who run this company. "the company plans to pay Stephen Studdert $600,000" - What a slap in the face! I hope he can sleep at night. I'll end with the question, "Does anybody out there really believe Fonix when they say their confident that they can satisfy the Nasdaq?" If so, why?
