... trading in network product maker Fore Systems (Nasdaq:FORE - news) was active again, with implied volatility on its April at-the-money options surging in excess of 120 percent, traders said. That's up from its average of around 80 to 85 percent, they said.

The stock was up 3-1/2 to 18, the highest price in about two months.
