Water and Chips - Let me respond to that. I also work with photoresists and chip manufacturing chemicals. And the answer is particles and metals - the water must be low - real low - in both. Companies go to incredible legnths to get metal free solvents for chip manufacture and as the geometries get smaller I expect the situation will get worse.
