Don't you think Cambridge Technology's problem is company specific? WSJ has an article regarding CATP: Lately, however, analysts view Cambridge Technology's issues as company-specific rather than as industry-specific. "Demand for [information-technology] consulting and systems-integration services remains quite robust overall," Goldman's Mr. Gould said in a research note. Since you are in MN, if you look at Lawson Software's earnings last 17th, you'll see their growth jumped again. I asked two of highest officials from that company on 13th about market in general and service sector. So I still don't buy that service sector as whole is slowing. JMO. later, InSook
