SBTK is a good company, with a temporary problem, IMHO. I have yet to see anything but "rumors" of problems, the same problems someone PM'ed to me 6 months ago and which have not come to pass. Accounting problems, new competition from Baxter, etc.

They also had the misfortune to buy a product from RACE, which appears to be a somewhat dubious company, which is what attracted the shorts. If you look at the SBTK system, which involves monitoring patients at home, it makes sense why the RACE product, which I understand enables simultaneous monitoring and phone calls over one phone line, makes sense for SBTK.

I have no current position in SBTK, and never had one in RACE.
