But to sell off LSI and incur the capital gains to buy SEEQ, probably not a good deal.

Actually, this is what I had in mind:

Sell covered calls on LSI and use the proceeds to buy SEEQ. Using a 1000 shares of LSI as an example:

Sell LSIGG (July 35's) on an up day for ~1 3/4 =$1,750
Buy 700 SEEQ for ~2 1/2

Best scenario, LSI is between 30-35 in July and the options expire worthless while the SEEQ will be 3.285, a gain of 31% on SEEQ.(In reality, 131% since the option buyer paid for your SEEQ) For the deeper pockets out there, add as many 0's as necessary.<ggg>
