Amy, Great catch. Taken from the Sched -13D filing - ON 3/15/99, THE REPORTING PERSON SOLD AN AGGREGATE OF 145,300 SHARES IN A BROKERAGE TRANSACTION AT A PRICE PER SHARE OF $22.346. According to the same Sched - 13D filed yesterday, David Greenberg owns 641,933 shares (including options for 350,000 shares) According to the last proxy filing (July 29,1998), David Greenberg owned 817,233 shares (including 350,000 shares issuable upon the exercise of stock options granted to Mr. Greenberg.)
