Dagan,

Could you please explain the "SEC mandated quiet period"? Is this part of the NASDAQ listing process? Thanks..

Jason

While good old Mr. Forthright and his side kick Go North have been yapping away attempting to save our souls, I have been buying more shares in Bid.Com.

As I just told a friend of mine, "No Guts, No Glory".

Last night, I sat down and re-read many of the posts I have put up over the past while. I asked my wife to review some of them with me as well. Together we decided to extend our reach a bit, and go for it. Now, please don't jump to the conclusion that this is what you should do too. Fortunately we felt that it was something that we could handle - even if it does not work out and go the way that we hoped.

I figure that I have been harping on about what I think this company is capable of, and today was a day where I really put my (correction - OUR) money where MY mouth was.

I also have a bid in for one of the "Shop Naked" posters. I'm going to frame it and put it over my desk. Whichever way this goes, it has been a real experience that I don't ever want to forget. Besides, she's got great legs!

Good Luck to everyone!

Crazy Canuk

"It will be interesting to see when SEC mandated quiet period ends what Bii has been up to lately. Last week DLG put out news and mentioned BII, they then pulled the news and re-released it without the reference. Several other auction sites also announced going into Dutch Auction. I believe BII will be getting royalties based on % sales from these licensees. Royalties go right to bottom line."

Excellent post Doug. I have pondered the same thought many times. I expect BII to come out with an explosive PR/NR campaign after the "term of silence." Besides royalties we may get some information on the success of the playing cards. This campaign along with a reputable list of MM's will have all the Winston Cupp (Americans) looking to buy our shares....at what price do we let them go?
