To ALL:

(Follow me here)

Msg 4028
Pretty dead lately, but hopefully not for long.
I talked to Pete today, he told me that when Doug
gets back from Korea next week
that ETPI will have several press releases to
put out in addition to the two acquisitions that are
*** just sitting on their table waiting for an autograph. ***
I'm guessing that we will see enough volume next week to get us into the 50's.
I'm averaged in at .55 so I will have to make a realty check.
Question for Doug Butcher, is there internet on bases throughout the world?
And if there is not, can't ETPI figure out a way to provide it with their
connections to the military. It seems like AOL has a market cap of $100
billion dollars. (What a joke)

Msg 4034
Rumor on Raging Bull bd has Disney looking at ETPI,I just read this.
Reportedly offering up to $1.35/sh.Again,rumor,
*** but it could fit the pattern of this recent silence. ***

Msg 4035
Well Kelly, if etpi does complete these acquisitions i think
there probably would be new people elected to the etpi board.
****Wouldnt that loosen doug butchers grip on the decision
making process of the company ? I think that would be a plus ****
if it happens,as it could
bring new blood and new ideas and possibly more expertise into the company.

==================================================
Clearly that would be a plus (Msg 4035). The reason for the
pattern of silence (Msg 4034) appears to me to be
highlighted in Msg 4028:
*** just sitting on their table waiting for an autograph. ***

IN MY OPINION: Occams Razor leads us to conclude that a managment that
lets pertinent information sit because they are not smart enough to use
a FAX machine clearly does not give us hope that they are
1. Smart enough to deal (Msg 4034)
2. Smart enough to have anything to say (Msg 4035)

Again just my opinion

Streeter, before you speculate that Doug Butcher would lose a proxy fight, check out how much stock is controlled by Butcher (directly and indirectly) and his management team, who surely would fear for their jobs if a new chief exec were elected.

Conclusion: Butcher has the job for as long as he wishes to keep it.
