Now you are getting the idea. In this case it was not simply a matter of saying "Did you notice the good looking blond on the corner." It should have been more in the form of "With regard to the proposed $12 million exploration program, you may accept this note as formal notice of our participation and authorization to draw upon our $$$$ which have been placed in XXXXX trust account for purposes of fullfilling our $$$$$ obligations to the program. Please accept this as our formal notice as per article XX.XX of out JV contract that we wish to participate in the 1999 winter exploration program and maintain our % ownership in the property.
