<<For starters, they're wrapping the swiss cheeze inside individual sealed wraps, and that's
all inside the main packaging. Brilliant concept.>>

Individually wrapped , hermetically sealed, beechwood aged DSTs.
I can see the campaign now. Carnivorous memory eating planet rampaging through the solar system. Stops to delicately unwrap a DST. Samples it.Heads off to rampage some more. But stops . Returns. Opens another.
DST TERABYTES ------ YOU CAN'T EAT JUST ONE.
or if you can plan et, we can store it. AMPEX

Wonderful. I am getting giddy. Lets all do lunch. <g>

Alan, the usual reason for individually wrapping cheese slices is that it really isn't cheese at all! Real cheese keeps fairly well even when sliced, but "cheese food", "cheese spread", "imitation cheese food spread product" or whatever does not, and thus needs to be specially wrapped. I'll take real cheese any day over the individually wrapped imitation slices.
