Dan, How right you are! Dick Lee cannot be the receiver, it has to be a Texas resident and someone with specific skills, some are certified fraud examiners. Most are known for uncovering "no-no's", and are financially skilled. This is a fact FSAAA has known all along and welcomes with open arms. The receiver's job is to find the company assets, and get the company back on its feet. This IS a shareholder issue, not Dick Lee's personal agenda, although the certainly have some common threads.
