CORRECT: Greenberg Sold, Not Bought, Winfield Capital Shrs

WASHINGTON (Dow Jones)--Winfield Capital Corp. (WCAP) director David Greenberg reported the sale of 145,300 common shares on March 15 at $22.35 a share and currently holds an 11.95% investment stake the company.

(An item Thursday incorrectly reported that Greenberg bought 145,000 shares.)
