Here's the link to Brocade's S-1 filing ...

freeedgar.com

You'll have to type "Brocade" in the company search window.
(Sorry, but the URL directly to the S-1 is toooo long for SI to handle.)

Roger,

This is extremely positive:

1. Brocade will bring a lot of exposure to FC, SANs and switching - and Ancor as part of the IPO process.
2. Brocade's sales figures have not been outstanding. The market has not developed yet, it wasn't just Ancor that has been lagging.
3. IMO it is in Brocade's best interest to have ANCR valuated much higher that it is presently if they want to fetch a good price for their IPO. Do they want ANCR valuated at $150M or $300M when they go public? Take a wild guess.
4. Brocade will now be liable to shareholders for what they say publicly, IMO the half truths will likely stop
5. This will draw coverage from the 4 institutions bringing her public and should have the side effect of landing ANCR coverage.

I honestly wish Brocade the best of luck. I am burying the hatchet and looking forward to 9 figure sales for both companies in the years to come.
