These choppy sideways markets are a bitch to trade. Every time you turn around something is whipsawing your portfolio.

I'm following the basic approach of core quality longs, trading plays and shorting discount convertible crap whenever they poke their head over 5. Seems to be working.

But I understand how you feel up to your knees in mud. At least here I can just go to bed soon.
