I looked over the 1996 financials. Really not relevant to todays company as this was before the reorganization into MRPS. Had a loss for 1996 but nothing unusual or unseemly in anything I read.

rg, no summary from Mitch, no Mitch,
as you asked in your 4127. It is interesting that he said he got a 17 page fax. Now, ask yourself, does it seem reasonable that a company would bother to send out a 17-page fax of 1996 financial statements to any investor? Also, does it seem reasonable that the investor would get any such package, and then dismiss it with a simple, "nothing new here" type of statement?
Not to this hillbilly does either thing seem reasonable. If I were to get a package like this the least I would do is tell you about the balance sheet and the income statement.
Also, I can tell you unequivocally that the balance sheet and income statement for all of the companies on SI would not take 17 pages (individually, of course)to fax. None of them.
