They are still in denial: cbs.marketwatch.com "E-Trade confirmed intermittent problems lasting about 20 minutes around the time the market opened. She said the problem seemed to affect a limited number of customers, not the whole system." I recommend calling customer service and asking for compensation. I also let them know that their closing of the classic site is against the wishes of many customers, and that their allocation of IPO shares is a joke. Why advertise the advantage of being a platinum member and having access to IPOs, when in fact it is pure luck at this point to be able to participate??
