Off Topic.... I've schlepped some bucks into an oil patch mutual fund (fund?!!). Became convinced a couple of weeks ago that the price of oil couldn't stay as low as it was. Fortunately, I was right. Unfortunately, I looked a little longer than I should, missed a day or two before taking action... One of the things I realized is that I don't know enough about the sector to make intelligent choices (but then look what tech sector knowledge brought me.... VLSI's recent success - not realized yet - notwithstanding). Any/all recommendations gratefully acknowledged - if not acted on.... :o}
