LOL Jed take a bow; that bon mot should be on the marquee, too...and whatever they call it you wouldn't be interested would you?!! At least it's been spotted as alive when it moves in it's sleep once in awhile now, best not disturb it! Hey pals, Blue's classic quote "You can cut a dead fish in half but it still stinks" about this same Company's taking First Place in the trackingstock division race with Microsoft made the front page "Heard On The Threads" on SI last week! .....TA-DA..... ANOTHER 909 On Techride!!! One of my holds PAYV announced a 3 for 2 split today, effective 4/9! A CMGI or DCLK It's Not (Congratulations to Blue and Susan!) but now this makes three in a row this week for a split announce of somebody's stock on here; plus the GNET P. Allen news makes four exciting events! Doesn't your heart go out to PAYV - They're on OTC so the Co. thought it was best to specify in the news release that it's giving a 3 for 2 FORWARD split! The SNL Church Lady might be inspired to say, "Now Isn't That SPECIAL?!" if she knew. The stocks's been inching up nice, easy, & steady - penny by penny -it's up 21% for me - and it's now starting to look more solid so best to watch it real close. My broker once pinpointed the reason why a certain otc stock (I forget which) was on a puzzling plummet after some great announcements; she said "It's starting to look too much like a Real Stock" - which cracked me up. But it's the Honest Truth about otc's! I bought CMGI and CDNWD today (news is still under CDNW), KA-BOOM! More CPQ is in the plan for next week. Maybe will customize a Techstock '99 CD from the CDnow.com site, that would be fun to play on days that are right! Watching three stocks on freerealtime.com while trying to optimally time the calls to the broker for the buys was too much for me! Was thinking about that 20/20 guy, and even if he lost all that money, gotta hand it to him... not into punching bags, so picking my daughter up after school and then petting the spotted kitten for awhile calmed me down fine after such an exciting market week!
