I have found a "full service" broker. Says he will trade between the bid and ask for me. Says he will pick up the phone on the first ring. Might give him a try. $75 a Trade. With what he can save me on each trade it would be well worth it. I fattened this guys act with a couple of good stocks (IMOT, FCCN) so, he is very interested in trading for me.
