No Roger.........

Lakers comes here to comment. I didn't realize you had to own a stock to comment on it on SI. Since I owned it for over three years before taking my loss I feel I have a good feel for the company. If USXP puts out a piece of news that is concrete and can be verified such as acquisitions or revenues then I will comment differently. Letters of intent, affiliations do nothing for the bottom line except create hype. It's funny USXP seems to have no problems paying $4,995 to a hype PR firm and putting out 5 non-substantial news releases since 2/23/99 which are also costly. We all know USXP is cash poor and losing money. Do I hear those printing presses warming up again? For USXP to get significant loan money they must get the share price up. These multiple releases and hype via unsubstantiated PR seem to be doing the trick. The real question is, is there anything there or is history just repeating itself and this is the latest dog and pony show?

It seems to me that RA must prove himself a competent CEO, not with loose affiliations that jack the price, but with concrete contracts and numbers that are verifiable. He has lost his credibility long ago and can only redeem himself with substance.

I am a stockholder and I certainly want the price to go up but not at the expense of some poor bastard who only hears about usxp and jumps on the bandwagon because he thinks RA is a f@#$%*g genius from these unsupported news releases.

We cannot assume that PUNK has done all of their homework either. Just because they signed up with another client (and that's the way they're looking at usxp), doesn't mean they weren't taken in by RA's hype. I've never met the man, but I've certainly met many BS artists who can con the eye out of the Cyclops.

I will only move to the rah, rah RA side when there is reason.

Roger:

I do own stock and have since it was PKGP. I used to own
13,500. I now own 194 shares and a few warrants that I can
use to buy more stock at 6 and 12. These warrants aren't
worth the powder that it would take to blow them to hell.
All that was the result of the 70 to 1 split that RA did
the day after he asked everyone to hold their shares
so we could put the MM's in a squeeze. If you don't think
that will turn you off, go back to the early days of this
thread and read. There are plenty of times that this company
has pulled the same sort of stunt. That was the second reverse
split that this co had done.

I don't like lakers and le and the others bedside manner, but
you would do well to listen to lakers. What he says is true
even if you don't like the way he says it. I'm not here to
bash this stock, but this is what happened to me. Don't
believe anything this company says unless you can verify it.
