I agree with that. It's nice to actually see the company doing business. That's why I bought ASI. But still am wondering why no one else sees what I have seen for some time and finally acted on it as it just seemed to be too good of a deal. In any event I am looking at this as a great bet that might not be too exciting, but at least I actually get a share of a cash value higher than I paid for the stock. So all I really have is a liquidity issue. It seems that the stock should at least trade at $11.70 which would be 1.2 X book and a 10.83 trailing PE. But you never can tell.
