Thank you Loren for sharing this with us.
You wouldn't by any chance know the date of this correspondence would you?

Thanks Again,
Mark

Thank you for sharing Loren,

and with the move to full reporting status we expect to execute this summer.

I have seen the company indicate (in other correspondence) that they will try and be reporting by this summer (initial submission of the 10-SB?). That is really good in that according to the following link (provided by Ga Bard, via Moosie):

otcbb.com

DGIV's deadline for reporting is November.

I am very glad that the company plans on giving itself time to correct any problems that may arise in the SEC review, as it is my understanding that it is very difficult to get a 10-SB approved on the first pass.

Lazarus, turning serious for a moment...

Loren,

Any tidbit of info we receive is greatly appreciated. I'm assuming this correspondence is newly dated. Maybe some DGIV action is in the near future. I know we have a lot of disgruntled investors and can't say I blame them. Let's hope things pan out as R. Templeton states...

DGIV claimed, "It has been the case since last summer that certain brokers and market makers have used the company's new discretion over "news" and the fact that we're a non-reporting company to short our shares and manipulate the price down--as you've seen." Can DGIV prove their claim that the price collapse was due to shorters, or is this just another excuse?
