Trey:
It's become painfully obvious to me, as I am rather slow in certain matters, that the WSTL management is really reflecting the now obvious: Its essentially a private company, with Penny and Simon controlling about 80% of the voting blocks. As such, they are the defacto owners, and anyone who has purchased the class A stock are just cannon fodder, i.e. suckers. MZ will remain in power, as long as Penny and Simon want him there. If the stock gets low enough, and maybe that's their plan, couldn't they can just buy out the class A shares and take the company completely private? Then they wouldn't have to put up with the dumb public anymore.

Dr. Tech Speculation:
Trey, after reading the last posting of Dr. Tech, could it be that he is the alter ego of MZ? Who else but MZ would know such details of next week's travel plans. And who else but MZ would know about his vacation start? Of course it could be MZ's secretary, or an immediate subordinate. Interesting to speculate, as I watch my WSTL investment go down the toilet. If Dr. Tech is MZ, then we have a real psychotic on our hands here. A CEO who talks to himself is definitely not what Wall street admires.

This dr. tech guy could be anyone within the firm. It could be a guy in the mailroom. A salesman, accounting clerk, travel agent, receptionist, operations, engineering or janitor.

Anyway, not only is the stock manipulated by mm's but also by management.

How can you go wrong buying into this company. Downside is $4, unlike other quality large cap tech stocks that have shown a much larger $ downside.

This is fun!!
