waiting... David, Thank you for your e-mail and continued support. We are very aware of the lack of news out there, but we cannot say anything regarding the timing of trading or any other information that is not currently available in SEC filings or in formal press releases. Basically, anything that could be construed as promotion would violate the current "quiet period" and could cause the SEC to reject our registration statement and force us to start all over -- a prospect we really do not care to explore. All I can say is we received a comment letter back from the SEC and are working with them to address all of their questions and concerns. I cannot even discuss the contents of that letter until after the registration statement is declared "effective". I know this isn't exactly what you wanted to hear, but until we are "effective" we will not discuss or say anything that might hinder this review process. We have simply made it too far.
