Apparently it doesn't mean too much because it was filed yesterday morning, and TSQD has exhibited no out-of-the-ordinary behavior.

Its appears that they are filing the paperwork so employees can exercise their options. This makes sense since TSQD is in the process of striking a buyout deal of some type. I'm sure many employees want to exercise the options before something goes down, they may even be required to.

This may mean that the float is increased from 11 million to 13 million, or some fraction thereof. I really am not sure, I always have trouble reading those SEC filings and figuring out what they are trying to say.

I just left a message at TSQD for someone to call me with the lowdown. It looks like Ronning and the gang are making sure everyone gets taken care of, and since he owns ~50% of TSQD I'm sure he's not doing anything that will be affecting his own holding.

The good news is that one by one TSQD is taking care of all of the business it needs to do to be able to strike a deal that will give TSQD shareholders the true value of at least the DRIV share holding.

I'm not worried, and obviously nobody nobody else who read the S-8 was worried either. Looks like we're getting even closer to a deal IMO:)
