Inc. (OTC BB:BCMD), announced Thursday the addition of a new member of their Board of Directors. Jefferson Adams Bootes, president, announced the appointment of James Cahill, of MFR Partners, New York City to the Brush Creek Board of Directors. Cahill is the former managing director of Laidlaw Global Securities.
