Elmer:

It will be interesting to see if this myriad of lawsuits succeed. Personally, I think Jerry committed fraud that cost shareholders millions of dollars and should be put in jail along with the boys from Cendant, IMHO.......

Elmer, what's funny is that AMD is still claiming to Q2 delivery of K7 systems, in light of all of these lawsuits. Just shows me how desparate this company is. I can see it now: AMD "introduces" a 500-K7 at the end of June, much lower-than-expected benchmarks (and ASPs), no chipset/motherboard support, a few hundred K at most manufactured by the end of the year, more losses for the rest of '99 qtrs, more lawsuits, AMD defends itself by saying we delivered by mid-year but the blame goes to the motherboard/chipset vendors, etc.

Elmer - Re: " "Spector & Roseman, P.C. Announces Class Action Law Suit Filed Against Advanced Micro Devices, Inc."

There must be MORE LAW FIRMS suing AMD than any other company in the USA.

I guess Sanders finally went " one step too far".
