Their business plan that was no longer viable is the key here. Once people found out what was really going on and who owned these other companies that needed the expertise and experience that EUTO mgmt brought to the table the contracts were meaningless. Who would have to pay themself to give themself advice on how to do something that they were unable to do. With the exception of Reddi-form who has taken the no-comment position. With the SEC coming down on these practices it is only a matter of time until the law requires full disclosure in these cases. Not to mention required reporting which would mean that they would have to show their cards or fold. With the shares in the float increasing the concern that I have would be that EUTO can pay these other companies a settlement for non-performance of contractual obligations. This could possibly be made in the form of EUTO stock. Then the owners of these "other companies" could sell this stock at a later date. This is a possibility along with the shares being sold into the float. If the first part were to happen then they, the owners of the other companies could at some point hold the controlling interest in EUTO and it wouldn't matter how joe average stockholder wanted to vote on anything they did. They could be sure that the IVY deal went through with a majority vote. This is of course only one of many ways to make any sense out of what has been going on here and my opinion.
