nice article. someone asked the value of idtc if net2phone was spun-off. believe it or not the value would rise. what? yes, rise. why? net2phone is a drag on earnings since idtc is valued as a phone company and not an internet company. the phone side subsidizes the internet side. without having to subsidize the internet side, revenues continue to explode, and earnings will rise. a win-win situation. once the spinoff is announced, idtc will explode, but even after the spinoff, idtc will be valued more than 20.
