Doug: My guess it that management is quite aware of how WS views them. Many analyst's have related their "opinions" concerning their loss of confidence with 3com's mgmt. As far as the morale at 3com is concerned...I expect that there should be some concern...especially those who have an investment in the organization. They, like you and I react the same when it comes to a 50% drop in shareholder value. Years ago when I worked for Motorola and when the stock dropped...a lot of us were depressed when we saw how much our Profit Sharing decreased...we had to put off our retirement plans. So...I assume the same would exist with employee morale at 3com. Regards, HK
