Zeev, I don't think we can judge the effect of the ZITL convertible until we know the conversion terms. I doubt it is a floorless, but stranger things have happened. I do agree that an overvalued company should increase its shares and spend them as quickly as possible.

I was recently visiting with the CEO of a medium sized NASDAQ company. I asked about his stock price and he said that in his opinion it was overvalued by a factor of two. I suggested that he do a secondary offering. He replied that the company already had more cash in the bank than needed. I promptly shorted his company, obviously he should not be entrusted with more money than he can manage.
