Janitor, the details of the IPO/spinoff have not been made public, so we don't know. The company specifically stated in a conference call in January that there was an imminent event to occur which would result in a restructuring of the Net2Phone business. We do know that a couple of firms covering IDTC, AB and MS, I believe, have confirmed they are in a "quite period" in regard to IDTC, which has led us to believe that they may be the underwriters. IDTC has also said it is in a quiet period in regard to this news.
