You probably have to dive into the registry. Run regedit and look in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion.

Look inside the entries that begin with Run. If you are unsure of what you might do to the system while in there you can export as a *.reg file any section before you edit it as a backup. Double click on the file to restore what you edited.
