the question that bothers me is WHY are they selling now?? doesn't it give a huge pressure on the price when the market knows that 1.7 million shares are available...?? why doesn't that make you nervous???
some other quotes make me nervous, as never before,
to date no production samples (safety tested) have been shipped???
the debugging is taking longer (slower process than anticipated)

I for myself just got a hint from the filing that I am a bit overinvested with 25000 shares....I AM NERVOUS NOW...or did I read the filing and misinterpreted it??? help me out here...

SEC Filing: CC is converting within the 4.9% limit, including some warrants and series B stock. If they are expecting the stock to rise, they need to be in a position to cover short sales, sell to certain buyers, and possibly dribble some shares on the open market. It means they will forego the 6% accrual, but they are apparently betting on a better return. Filing the paperwork is a prerequisite. Means that Valence will be getting some cash, I expect.
