RE: Plus ça change, plus c'est la même chose.

Cedilla "c" is made by holding down ALT and typing 135. You can do the "e circumflex" by holding down ALT and typing 136.

If you'd like the rest of the accent marks and how to do them in ASCI as above, I'll be happy to give you the codes.
