I believe we're in a mess that will take much longer than two weeks to sort out. Usually when the financials have to be re-done they show a less favorable picture than what had been portrayed. That means everyone who invested in the stock or options was misled. No buyout deal can take place until all that is resolved; probably by a judge. You know how long that can take. Just my opinion, I'm not a lawyer or an accountant.
