Yes indeed, I enjoyed that as well!! A really GOOD one, Mikey!! Guess they must be getting quite a few calls. Good thing that 800 number got terminated, eh? Love the reference to the "Transfer Department", lolol. But seriously, Mikey tells us that the moment the final release comes down from the Federal Court , the company will immediately begin the re-issue of all certificates; including the stock dividend certificate. This exceedingly dubious statement raises two essential questions. The first, of course is that the court's decision has nothing, really, to do with Mikey's ability to register restricted shares whose restrictions have expired. Just an excuse. The second: how will the company begin "immediately" to "re-issue all certificates" if Mikey doesn't go to the trouble of registering as a transfer agent with the SEC? Anyone still long this stock deserves exactly what's coming. A truly sorry chronicle of stupidity and greed.
