I started this message board, and it was about time I backed it up......Another bargain wholesale stock out there is Boykin Lodging REIT (BOY) which just recently declared a $.47 a share dividend---making it an annual yield of 15% , ex-date is at the end of March--

Regarding the "shareholder lawsuits"--Medirisk must
determine at the end of 1998 whether the lawsuits by the
shareholders will have an unfavorable outcome in the
future (i.e., Medirisk will have to pay a judgement). If
management determines that (1) the chance of an
unfavorable outcome is probable, and (2) the judgement is
reasonably estimatible, THEN Medirisk must record an
expense related to these "potential losses" on their 1998
financials. I do not have their 1998 Annual Report in
front of me, so I don't know how they disclosed this;
however I will look into it ....
