Allow me to explain for those that don't understand and before you go off and start calling me all sorts of things.

Yes. What MoneyMade is attempting to do is so illegal. He's setting himself up for a SEC investigation. The SEC considers this a stock promotion. The reason it's wrong is because these companies do not pay for the promotion. If the companies pay for the promotion, it's perfectly legal and all you have to do is disclose that they are being paid to do so. You can think of it as a type of false advertisement and there aren't the disclaimers to protect him from the SEC when he does this. If he were paid to do this by the companies, the responsibility rests on the shoulders of the company and not the individual posting on it. Believe me, I know what I am talking about.
