That's only one that the SEC is taking a nice long and hard look at. The SEC is also spending lots of time investigating "stock promotions" from people not being paid. Don't be fooled by the "I don't take any payments from companies to do this." This so called disclaimer line does not give one carte blanch to charge for a service without the companies being involved is some manner. If you actually think it does, then you really need to take some time and seriously review this before you start spouting out of the mouth because this is a very serious matter.

SHARK KING, another big concern for the SEC, when promotion is involved, is disclosing your "interest" in the stock. Meaning do you own shares, and how many do you own? The SEC is just as concerned about you paying yourself, as you getting paid by someone else <gg>
