Craig

This article is something that gives me hope. I wonder how much NSM is counting on it? Seen the article on Yahoo but it disappeared.

Craig, another article along the same lines has Microworkz claiming the capacity to deliver 200,000 $499 PC per month with a total (future) headcount of 81. That's an amazing $14M+ annual sales per employee.

Both Microworkz and E-Machines have staffs that are purely administrative in function. E-Machines has about as many employees as Microworkz. They are basically fronts for Far East companies that use local components, except for the MPU.

So yes, it is totally possible for an 81 man operation to do $14M+ in sales per an employee per a year, if you do not count the people assembling the product.
