Are you trying to make the AGP card the primary? Unfortunately, Windows 98 always recognizes PCI cards first and then AGP cards. Thus, no matter how fancy the AGP card is, most of its features will not be available because it does not get full support from Windows, only the first (PCI) card does. I know this because I bought an ATI AllInWonder AGP card (TV and everything) only to find that it wouldn't work. I traded it for the PCI version and used a standard AGP card and got it to work. Of course, all of the advanced features only work on the monitor to which it is attached. As this gets more popular there will be more single cards that support multiple monitors and that way all of the features (TV) will be available on both monitors. Hope this helps.
