I believe he means BUY-IN to indicate ENTER new position. Since he's using counter-trend signals, BUY-IN at highs is the same as ENTER SHORT.

Anindo,

BUY-IN means to initiate the position, so since it is a SELL SIGNAL then it would mean to initiate shorts/puts.

Firstly, I mentioned that the window for the BUY-IN was from Friday to Monday's highs. Keep in mind that my signals are only for the initial move which accounts for a 1-3 point move in a $50 stock. Now as for a follow-thru I still think the bigger selling will start closer to the 1st week of APRIL, so maybe some zig-zagging for another week or so. Hey, it could start immediately also - Im not sure, so I already have some PUTs in place, just in case.

This forthcoming top should be an intermediate top and the pullback could be in the 5%-10% range for April.

Early April is also the top of the 9-month cycle which would end/bottom around early JULY. By early JULY we could see a possible fibinocci retracement of the runup since OCT. The runup is now at 2600 DOW points so that calculates to about 1000-1600 points putting the DOW in the 9000-8400 range. Im not saying that would happen for sure, but its a possibility that needs to be watched. A 5%+ pullback starting in early APRIL has a good chance of happening. 5% is only 500 DOW points and no big deal, but if/when that happens we need to watch it carefully to see if the selling continues producing LOWER HIGHs/LOWER LOWs.

Hope that clears it up.
